With a perfect year-round climate, the outdoor living spaces can be used to enjoy family time and entertaining. Imagine relaxing in your outdoor oasis while watching the waves crash in to shore. An infinity edge pool appears as if it spills into the ocean, providing an easy way to cool off. Fresh ocean breezes provides natural ventilation into the home. Inside, tile floors throughout provides easy maintenance and is cool underfoot.

Inside, an open plan living, dining room and kitchen all have spectacular ocean visits. Retractable walls of glass open these spaces up to the outdoors, bringing in fresh breezes off the ocean. The dining room wall from floor-to-ceiling, completely disappears, with unobstructed views. The infinity pool feels like an extension of the ocean, its simply breathtaking.

What We Love: This chic Mediterranean style villa offers comfortable furnishings, spacious interiors and a harmonious flow from one space to the next. We love how the spaces have been maximized to take advantage of the ocean vistas as much as possible. Living in a beautiful destination spot next to the beach, this is one heavenly oasis. The kitchen was designed very symmetrical, with open shelving on either side of the stove. A spacious island is the perfect spot for chopping while entertaining guests sitting on the casual bar stools.

A graphical print area rug beneath the dining table appears like tile. A custom designed built-in buffet is showcased behind the dining table. The wine racks can hold up to 74 bottles of wine.

A picture window in the master bedroom beautifully captures the view of the ocean. A neutral color scheme in the bedroom helps to not detract from the scenery surrounding the beach villa.

The guest room offers wall sconces for mood lighting and trunks at the end of the bed to store clothes. You could also store linens and extra pillows in the trunks to keep your guest room neat and tidy. An area rug adds texture to the space as well as warmth underfoot.
